FABRIC ART

These fabric blocks were created by tracing design patterns with a black fabric marker onto a square of fabric, then filling in background areas with more black and adding a touch of color here and there. Each piece has been backed with interfacing and heat set to ensure ink/color permanence. Because they were created by hand some minor flaws and imperfections may exist - such is the curse and the beauty of hand crafted art!

What can they be used for? That's entirely up to you! Use one as a center or starter block for a larger quilt project like a table runner, wall hanging or bed quilt....or make a pillow...a quilted trivet...a tote bag, or just matt, frame, and hang it as a piece of art!

More will be added as they are made so if you don't see anything you like today, check back later.. Any pieces sold will be marked as such, but we will continue to display its image for promotional purposes.

If there's a particular design you like but would prefer it done in a different color, e-mail me. Though I can't make any promises I'll certainly try my best to accommodate!

this may seem priced a little high for its size but it involved a lot of detail work and some enhancement with gold metallic ink in the scales and borders which I can't seem to pick up with my digital camera.
